I don't have alot of funds, but it wouldn't be too difficult to put together a little AV rig that could record this stuff into a Pocket PC or something.
It would be barely detectable.
I know it could pose a risk - but one recorded incident is all it would take to get these people off of her and get the media involved.
The media would jump on police intimidation in a second if they had a tape.
