expenditures and donations would be something that most 501c3s keep on hand for inquiries...and most provide them gladly to anyone who asks.

As for the bylaws--I've not heard that BBV has any. Bylaws are required by the fed govt for 501c3s in order to get 501c3 status. It would be interesting to see the bylaws by which BBV operates.
