6. I found this kind of pattern in Florida.
In 2000 Warren County voted 69.95% for Bush and 27.71% for Gore.

In 2004 Warren County voted 72.06% for Bush and 27.58% for Kerry.

With 25,403 more votes cast in 2004 than in 2000, the percentage of Democratic votes changed by only .13%.

In other words, even with the additional votes, the percentage changed approximately ONE-EIGHTH OF ONE PERCENT.

With 37% more votes cast than in the previous election, what are the odds that the ratio of Democratic votes came that close?
