Very familiar with geography and people of certain areas of California--SB/Riverside, parts of L.A. (Hollywood, West L.A., beach cities), coastal No. Calif. (just no. of SF), and, to lesser extent SF/Bay area, central valley, and SD.

Cannot travel to review election records, but CAN do internet research, political analysis, and other kinds of analysis (like simple number crunching).

Give me assignments. Time: some time Sat. morning 12/4, but much more time starting Sun. 12/5, for a couple of days.
