He ends up with a building with his name on it as a monument to himself, gets all sorts of publicity and impresses all his rich friends, etc. At the same time, his pet governor in Wisconsin has put forward legislation that would throw an estimated 55,000 poor people (just above the poverty line) off the state-run health insurance plan.
