And it's over.! Miller found himself at the trails end Tuesday afternoon and the federal judge called last call for Miller time thus proving that Miller is not equal in standing. The judge threw the case out and Murkowski is the officially the winner.It is over but Miller thinks it ain't. He thinks so because he says he will run again.
Miller is accustomed to leaving by way of the back door and resigning from afar but never has he had the door slammed in shut in his face. It happened today.

The judge did agree that there need be revision as a result of loosely drafted election laws but approved of voter intent at the same time. I would imagine Alaska will look at other states and how those laws are drafted. Perhaps Washington's will help close in on it for them .

Palin's lieutenant Joe Miller got pushed out into the cold today . The question remains ,was it cold enough (?)

Miller went down with three consecutive strike outs ,not much of major league player at all.not even equal, in fact a piss poor player.,what you call a bum,a dirty no good lousy bum.
