George Allen may be in more trouble -- SEC investigating

I posted this yesterday but it sank like a stone.

Could this mean jail time for Allen?

After his years as Governor and up until the day after he won the Senate from Robb in 2000, George Allen was both Lawyer and on the board of directors for a Fairfax tech company that had some shady stock dealings. The company is doing so poorly while Allen was protecting the interests of the stock holders that it is no longer listed on the Stock Exchange.
