3. Out boozing without her husband on Sat. night -GOP family values.
Where on earth was Corbett's cabinet member while his wife was getting plastered at the Mayapple Bar and Grill on a Saturday night? Had his own action going? Certainly he didn't step up to make a comment in support of his wife. Why didn't he show up to drive her home? Maybe she didn't have his girl friend's number when she got her one call.

She was previously arrested for shoplifting from a TJMaxx store.
She refused to exit her Volvo and had to be forcibly removed by officers.
She refused a breathalyzer test so has her license suspended for a year.
Cops had to us a spike strip across the road to stop her car.

State Budget Secretary Charles Zogby's wife was stopped by police in Cumberland County early Sunday only after officers placed a "spike strip" on Trindle Road to deflate the tires on the Volvo she was driving.

But Georgina Zogby, of the 600 block of Moore's Mountain Road, Fairview Township, refused to voluntarily exit her car(Volvo), and ultimately had to be forcibly removed by responding officers, police said.

Georgina Zogby had apparently been at the Mayapple Bar and Grill in South Middleton Township, according to sources familiar with the case.

What followed was a pursuit through Monroe and Silver Springs townships, mostly conducted at or near the posted speed limits, according to Junkin's preliminary briefing on the case.

Zogby, who police said was alone through the duration of the incident, refused a breath test after she was finally stopped, Junkin said, which results in an automatic one-year suspension of her license under state law.

Georgina Zogby, 47-year-old mother of three, will face a felony count of fleeing or attempting to elude police, state police said today, in addition to a driving while under the influence charge.

A criminal history check showed Georgina Zogby was arrested in January 2010 by Hampden Twp. police on retail theft charges, stemming from the alleged theft of merchandise worth $248 from a TJ Maxx store.

She is awaiting disposition of that count in Cumberland County Court. Zogby had applied to be considered for a program for first-time offenders that could ultimately lead to her record being cleared of that charge.
