Can someone in Ohio check something -

can you call your county BOE and ask them what the procedure is to do a personal recount of some precincts. Ohio law mandates public access to ballots after the "canvassing period" is done. Some people claim that because of the Greens' lawsuit the ballots are currently out of public access. Since I don't think the judge in that case ruled on anything yet, I don't think that's correct. Can you find out?
