1. It is '68 all over again.
The only difference is that we're not seeing blood, guts, gore and choppers on the TV screen and there's no general with the daily body count. And no draft.

Sorry about the cardinal--my mom has a couple on her feeder already. They do brighten up a Michigan winter, which seems to be off to a good start in some parts of the state.

Last night was painful, but if we could do it in '68, we can do it now.

If only Mickey Lolich hadn't eaten so many of his donuts, I'd put him in the bullpen just for the sake of moral.
