15. What does being interested have to do with being involved?
The woman is a doctor and has a busy career and patients to tend to. She even does house calls, by the way. Of course she's interested in what and how he's doing. That doesn't mean she has time to run all over the country as he's doing. Their son is still in public school and the family doesn't use servants and such to run their home. They do it all themselves.
