It is probably the thing that pisses me off about DU most - and frankly
why i spend less and less time on here.

I am far far far far more impressed by people who call for and advocate getting
out and doing the REAL WORK of winning this thing!!

No offense, becase DU is fun - but nothing that is said on here makes one whit of difference
to the outcome - whereas - as you say - something as simple as helping your local Obama
campaign office have a bit of extra energy - or and extra $20 donation - or simply talking to
a friend who is non political or turned off - and turning them on...

those things will make a difference

I have registeres 1100 democrats in the last 18 months - called TX, OH, and several other states
from my computer.

We all have to work harder - as Obama says in the video to the troops - twice as hard - between
now and November!

If like me you come on DU from time to time as a BREAK (and yes that means you BREAK the DU
addiction) - the rec and kick up threads like this one.

and ignore any and all freaking Flame bait - no matter how much it steams you... it's just a freeper anyway.
