80. I think it's a relevant question

I'm supporting Obama... He will be counting on Clinton supporters to help him win in the general election. Without them, he would surely lose.

You're now being asked by a Clinton supporter -- someone who, no doubt, is as enthusiastic about her candidate as you are about yours -- how hard it would be to cast aside the loyalty you've shown for months in order to make sure we don't have to endure more of what we've had for the last 7+ years.

It doesn't matter that you can't understand why people support someone other than your candidate. It does matter that you can respect their choice, put yourself in their shoes, and see how difficult it would be if you were asked to do the same thing they are being asked to do.

This person has already said she's prepared to do exactly that. She's wondering whether you would make that same sacrifice, in order to make sure the Bush Era comes to an end.

Yes, I would do that myself, if Hillary were the nominee. And congratulations to the OP, who probably has knots in her stomach over doing this. I'm sure it's not easy for you, but you're very sensible. Hang in there. The end of the blight is in sight.
