He accumulated the delegates that she can't surpass three months ago. Deal closed.

But it's not his fault that Hillary decided to disregard simple math and stay in anyway. He would have a lot less trouble uniting the party if there wasn't still an active primary happening.

Unity happens after the voting's done, not before. If he does become the nominee, will you declare him a failed candidate in October because he hasn't united all the McCain voters with the Democrats?
