14. Coat tail effect could be decisive
The dem guy running for the single House seat of WY almost won it last election. By increasing turnout with a popular dem presidential candidate there is a real chance of a positive coattail effect and actually turning WY if not blue, then solidly purple.

So yes. WY does count. I've finally warmed up to Obama and concede his strategy appears to be a brilliant won. Very similar to Dean's 50 state strategy.
