A Post for Peace: Election Night Eats

Taking a break from my rantin and ravin, I thought I'd share some warm thoughts: Election night eatins.

For our election night we have made it a habit of making ridiculous amounts of Mexican food. Homemade enchiladas and tacos, chips, salsa and guac, beans and rice.
Add in a few beers and watch the results. It's become traditional for us.
As the night goes on I fire up blender and start making up the margaritas.
It's a good time for arguing, drinking, and being with friends and family.

Does anyone else have election night traditions like this?
