He will, yes.

But if he doesn't - and the vote is suppressed - I believe it's time to unleash a barrage of publicity bringing attention to this. Parallels between this and people who found themselves 'unable' to vote in 2000 & 2004's Generals need to be drawn. Clinton, the spiritual successor to Mr. Bush, cannot be allowed to get away with this with nary a hint of dissent.
