Which is hurting. This is mostly privately funded. The state also kicked in 15 million, but it's a 100 million dollar project with most of the money coming from the owner of the property.

They just revoked it to humiliate her. Bullshit earmarks get passed all the time. But linking Hillary to Woodstock in a way that will make the news, they couldn't resist.
