Wow are they feelin' great about that now or what?

McCain was the cross-over Maverick with stellar appeal who would secure Ohio and New Hampshire for the red team, but he endorsed the war, then the surge, then kept praising the carnage, and now he's behind a witless creep like Romney in some polls.

You'd think someone might have told him the president's war is unpopular.
