A new AG nominated by shit-head would just be another one of his cronies, and the dems don't have the balls to deny his confirmation. At least with Gonzo, he's already under so much suspicion that everything he does for the remainder of his term will be scrutinized beyond belief and his hands will be tied in trying to advance shit-head's agenda more than a fresh face would. He'll be under a microscope more than a new AG would. Also, the longer he's around the less credibility this entire administration has, not there's much left to lose to begin with.
