That'll pay for what? One year of ONE class in most Universities and Public Colleges? This includes the books required, talk about half assed!

Also, why limit Universal Healthcare to kids only? Why not put the Universal in it, and cover EVERY AMERICAN, just an idea. This means increased PREVENTATIVE care, which lowers healthcare costs, and you don't have to 'help' small businesses to pay for it at all. Another half-assed measure.

Also, to actually pay for this stuff requires more than getting rid of subsidies of certain businesses, it requires the biggest cut of them all, cutting the biggest single beaurcracy in the government, and that's the Pentagon.
