1. I didn't hear the whole thing, but I heard the usual lies
"I NEVER connected Iraq with 9/11" -- baloney!! In fact he said this just minutes after saying "The same kinds of people who attacked us on 9/11" blah blah blah...

He tossed in the usual strawmen, claiming that "some people" think "certain people" can't govern themselves, or can't be free, or that "some people" think 9/11 was an isolated event, and that there's no threat from terrorism...

I loved the part about how the terrorists "have an ideology, and have strategies for establishing their ideology" or some such. Hey -- so does HE!! He can't even define "terrorist" anymore without heaping levels of irony.

And finally, I LOVED the fact that the first two commentators on MSNBC both said variations on, "They're trying to show that the president is engaged, understands what's going on, and understands the questions." HAH!! Could you imagine ANYone EVER saying that about President Clinton? Or Gore? Or Kerry?
