I was listening to a replay of Forum on NPR tonight. They were saying how Gropie's polls are really low and noone wants the special election, but Gov. Gropie's going to wait until the last minute to launch his advertising campaign. One guy said he would need a lot of luck. I can't help thinking that luck is computerized voting technology. They can point to the success of their last minute campaign like it turned public opinion at the last minute in spite of any polls taken. Am I crazy to think they plan this way? How can someone like Schwarzenegger live with himself?
