I think we get more mileage out of keeping the heat on Rove than opposing Roberts....
I don't see a filibuster of John Roberts on the horizon because it is doomed to failure....
I suspect he will pass the Senate with over ninety votes....
He was a safe choice... He is a mainstream conservative, to the left of Scalia, Thomas, and Rehnquist but slightly to the right of the Court's lone swing vote-Anthony Kennedy....
He doesn't look like the devil.... That and his antediluvian views is what doomed Robert Bork...
We need to keep the heat on Rove and others in the White House who outed a CIA agent...
