At tonight's Kerry rally a man in the audience said he thought it was unfair that the public thinks a Northeasterner like John Kerry can't relate with the whole country, so to help Kerry "illustrate" he can, the guy asked Kerry to respond to the X on his cap.
Kerry said, "The roman numeral 10?" Someone had to explain the Malcolm X reference to Kerry. It was pretty awkward.
