This lady says: "She ruled in favor of parental notification 9 times and FOR judicial bypass 4 times. A judge in a situation has a unique opportunity to evaluate the subject's demeanor."

... wtf is she on about? please help. I hate it when i hear something that sounds reasonable... and then i hate myself for being too partisan. sigh.
