You posit that Dean (or any pol) can win elections simply by spending money.

While it may seem that way from the 2000 selection, I don't think it's really true. Especially in New Hampshire, where the voters have been subjected to carpet bombing political ads for decades. Maybe the rubes here in Arkansas would be impressed by such tactics, but I don't think the NH hillbillies would.
