Crime Victims fund ,Bush wants the 1.27 BILLION in it.....

Don't know if this was on DU,did a search and didn't find it. But for those who haven't read the story here it is:

"Congress has promised that all money deposited in the fund would remain in the fund. But the president has other ideas.

The budget proposal would remove $1.27 billion from the Crime Victims Fund. If that money is drained from the fund in 2006, the 2007 year would begin with a zero balance."

Words cannot describe the horror that is the Bush Administration.....
