9. now telling a story of Hugh Finn--similar condition, where the Gov. went
to court. Here the wife was legel guardian. Gov. lost in two courts. Father called it 'murder' also. In this case the wife said she know what her husband would have wanted (the parents tried to keep the son alive). Whow, it is very similar except the Congress and the President did not step in and try to dictate to the courts.
