What he's advocating for in that piece, valiant hystrionics aside, is for Lockhart. Not so bad in and of itself but that's still a swing away from confronting Bush on his obvious achilles heel; nat'l security. His pathetic performance in the debate on the topic evidenced the shallowness of his ability to maintain the mythical facade that had been concocted for him.
