What President Obama doesn't want....

He doesn't want the Public Option to be in the RW's bulleye for 3 weeks....
as that is a sure way to kill it,
considering the media that we have and the fact that they push RW talking points 23/7!



What I see is a President that wants to highlight all of the other elements of the health care bill,
and give the Public Option an equal role, and not the starring role.
That is what he and others in his administration have been saying the last few days;
that the Public Option is not the center of gravity in this health care bill.
Now, it doesn't meant that the Public Option is not important to have,
but rather, we can't act like it is so much......or the opposition will focus on it relentlessly
in their attempts to kill it.

It's quite elementary, but it appears that many on our side don't have a clue.
We need to support the Public Option, write about it positively, call our congressfolks,
appear in town halls, call the media, etc....
but we don't need to shout in every direction that this is the only part that matters,
cause that ain't real smart.
