176. Ashamedly, there's some truth to this.
From another Daily Fail article related to the OP: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-1164890/Oh-Yes-Minister-Meet-women-voted-worlds-stunning-politicians-WOULD-Sir-Humphrey-say--.html

it includes this graphic of prominent female MPs - complete with very unflattering photos and would never be considered "bikini models" or "fashion models".

Of course there's probably the UK's most famous female politician:

Though we have had some actual topless models run for parliament: this one comes to mind...

And there was Sister X NunOfTheAbove... except this sister was a he.

But more important is their beauty inside. Take Glenda Jackson... I say her heart's in the right place (mostly).

Then there's my local constituency:

My choice (and former MP) (Sue Doughty):

vs the present incumbent (sadly of the wrong party) Anne Milton:

After living through Conservative hell in the 80's and early 90's, sorry Anne, no matter how nice you are or how hard you're working I just cannot vote for you. I think Anne's a good MP but she's a Tory and I can't bring myself to vote for her for that alone. And as for Sue - she definitely rocks!
