Apparently Hillary has discovered the "I have, therefore I am" joy of Oscar de le Renta. His clothes are not cheap. They convey "I have lots of money."
Are those crystals or diamonds hanging from her ears? If they're diamonds, they are conveying "I have lots and lots of money."
But then money is really what the Clintons have always been about.
