17. Indiana Jones is our leader. We elected him this morning during the daily gay conference.
As you know, every day at dawn all gay people all over the world gather around our fax machines (we're behind the times, technologically speaking - all this activism for our selfish rights has wiped out the IT upgrade slush fund, but I digress) and reach consensus on "the gay issue" of the day. Elton John was our leader until this morning, when we all voted Indy into the position.

So he's our leader now. We've gone back to engaging in kinky sex and whatever else we perverts do all day long. You work it out with Indy, kay?
