Were you able to watch footage of those two Inaugurations?

And if so, what did the Chief Justice say to them beforehand, meaning did he say "I, Jimmy Carter" or "I, James Earl Carter" for Carter to repeat after him?

If you are right about Carter and Reagan, that clearly busted the strong old precedent, and I'd guess Obama therefore WON'T say Hussein.
