170. mc cain ballots

I live in wisconsin and received an absentee ballot from mc
cain. it was for the wrong place. we live in a different
district or what ever you would call it. the address printed
on it is for a totally wrong place. I wonder how they got my
name. I;m a democrat and never considered absentee voting.I
know this sounds confusing  but I am confused by all the
mistakes on the ballot.
