6. I agree. Dole had a chance to defend the integrity of a
fellow veteran today, but instead, chose to say the not-so-swift liars had a point. Then he went on to complain that Kerry never spent a day in the hospital. If leaving 3 limbs on the battlefield (Max Cleland) isn't enough for these Repukes, I guess the only way to serve honorably is to come home in a box, except when you go AWOL from the National Guard. Repukes are all alike, even the Doles and McCains. Only a few weeks ago, Dole was on something with Sen. McGovern and they were agreeing with how much they respected each other because they were both veterans. Today, even as he partly agreed with the liars, Dole tried to claim the Sen. Kerry was his friend. With friends like that... - What a jerk. Apparently, his old reputation as being a hatchet man was well deserved.
