Either Obama or Hillary would mean that health insurance with meaningful coverage might finally be in reach of every citizen, whether you have a pre-existing condition or not. McCain doesn't get it. He's not going to try to wrestle with the HMOs and make then cover everyone at affordable rates. We'll get 4 more years of strategic denials of care if McCain gets elected.
