8. This might be bad in the short term, but GREAT in the long-term
I realized as I saw some of it on CNN, that it seemed more of Obama's renouncing the Rev. than about what the Rev said. They kept playing Obama's words about meaning what he said when he denounced the pastor, about how the Reverend doesn't speak for his campaign, etc etc etc.

This will go a long way in 2 ways:
1. Taking this off the table for the GE
2. Convincing people that Obama has denounced his former pastor and has moved on.
