Edwards is the VP that the Americans deserve!

Edwards can do the soundbite communicating that most Americans will depend on for thier vote. Edwards is definetly NOT THE BEST QUALIFIED. It is obvious that this is a "Beauty Pagent" of sorts. Not much substance needed, just the magic word "CHARISMA" If you have got that you will succeed in Politics. Don't worry about knowledge of anything having to do with Government in particular. Take a 5 year stint and turn it into the top spot. No need for excellence in ANY part of the Government.

The dumber we become the more "lightweight" our candidates become. Kerry is struggling because he is NOT very lightweight or charismatic. Enter stage left Edwards to the rescue. Edwards probably would have been an awesome political leader in another term or two, now though, it is nothing short of a joke. The man is brilliant, just not knowledgeable enough for the position that he is trying to attain. The Right is already talking about his inexperience. Bush is already "reclaiming" his Wartime President title, why not - Kerry hasn't captured the National Security issue - Edwards certainly will NOT help Kerry in that area.

The rest of it will DEPEND on Iraq, Iran, North Korea and Osamma. Believe me there is more in store for us that will probably rally the good dumb Americans around the Bush Flag.

Don't forget something....Cheney doesn't have to be asked to leave by Bush, all he has to do is get a doctor's note saying that he cannot do another 4 years in the White House because of health issues. I can hear it now "Being the VP is too important to jepordize our Nation. If something were to happen to the President (I hope against hope) we need the security of a smooth transition of power to the VP." For the sake of the country, Cheney will step down - enter left....McCain...down goes Kerry/Edwards. Hope that this doesn't happen BUT Edwards is too weak of a Candidate for Foreign Policy Credibility and Kerry has already proven to be shown to be "moderate" at best.

The deal is National Security and Kerry cannot do it by himself, Edwards added NOTHING.

IF we have no more terror attacks, Iraq quiets down, Osamma doesn't get found, Iran, North Korea, Syria...stay quiet, the Olympics goes O.K. (or all of the people boo the Americans), The conventions go O.K., then Kerry/Edwards MAY have a chance. Remember though, we all value for our safety and security, before our pocketbooks.
