This is a thread created by one who purposefully shuts her eyes and covers her ears and shouts Lalalalalala to avoid reality.

She suggests that Clinton would not fair better in the general. Those of us watching (our eyes open wide) see Obama for what he is: a good speaker who time and again fails under pressure. Those of us listening and not lulled by the pertty words, hear that he has not a deep grasp of the issues, but appears to mimic his handlers. Those of us who are not shouting “lalalalala” to avoid letting any reason in, can see that Obama is not ready to be President.

She says: “Resurrected with a vengeance:” translation: We can’t support Clinton, cause those republicans will bring up whitewater again and have Ken sTarr talk about his million dollar investigation that turned up……NOTHING. Nothing.

And with ears covered, cannot hear that Rezko, Ayers, NAFTA, Lobbyists, the lies and lies and lies are starting to surface, just in time for the general.

And then the suggestion is made that we look at her behavior the last few months. And like the media and like the handlers and like the supporters who REFUSE to look at Obama’s behavior, want us only to focus on Clinton’s. Why? He lies. He makes mistakes. He makes mis-statments. He used “Racism!” to win and continues to demean Clinton with sexist code. Why not look at his behavior? Why ignore his behavoir?

I believe it is in part because she is female. She must do everything he does, only backwards and in high heels. Perfect. Perfection or failure. And that sexism re-defines her. Demeans her. Allows the media to attack her, unfettered. And she looses support. Not because every person who supports him is sexist, but becasue the attacks are based in sexism.

When she says something reasonable about McCAin, the world ends. Those who cover their ears and shut their eyes, open just enough to shout: IHATEHERDIDYOUHEARWHATTHEMEDIASAIDSHEMEANT? And when Obama says something just as reasonable about McCAin, Obama supporters cover their ears and shut their eyes to the double standard and hypocricy.

And then we have the superdelegates. The ones that are supposed to be above the petty politics. The ones that view the whole situation and vote with their conscience. The ones whose eyes and ears are wide open. The ones that Obama and his supporters want to sway with political bullshit. DON’T SUPPORT HER SEE WHAT SHE DOES? Shouts Obama. He wants to change the rules mid election and give the superdelegates new criteria. More double standard from Obama. But eyes closed, ears covered. They don’t hear. They only shout: IHATEHERSHEISEVIL. And then, like the republicans before them, re-define her character, re-tell her past, so they can justify their complete unjustifiable double-standard.

And then, Clinton is called a “Racist!” and the Obama supporters HATE HER. Demeaning, belittling, dehumanizing her by calling her animal names, or suggesting that she has her “claws out,” or talking about how she must be that time of the month, or suggesting that she is hysterical (throwing China), and the supporters say, nope. Not sexist. Demeaning, making her less, female dogs are unpresidental. And the masses believe it: she is so dog-like and unpresidential.

Ignoring the obvious is easy when your ears are covered and your eyes are shut and your mouth is open screaming IHATEHER.

When the media attacked Clinton, Obama and his supporters cheered. SHE IS A WHINER. SHE IS THE FRONT RUNNER. SHE IS WEAK AND CANNOT BE PRESIDENT IF SHE CANNOT TAKE A DEBATE QUESTION.

We all know what happened when the roles were reversed.

I read with mouth agap and head shaking in stunned silence, this piece of Nancy’s. Nancy, whom last year I would have trusted with the truth, has shown such a lack of awareness. I look at your last paragraph and wonder, how you cannot SEE. But, then I remember that you have chosen to shut your eyes and cover your ears. And become what you wrote: choosing not to see, not to hear. And only to shout unreasonably “IHATECLINTONSHEISEVIL.
