I didn't stay at my caucus either to vote for delegates. I think they go through a few meetings on their way up to the final talley.

It is possible that the Obama people are getting themselves elected to the delegate positions in order to invalidate Hillary's talley.

The delegates in Florida in 2000 were planning on doing that no matter what happened, i.e. they were going to throw it to Bush.

Apparently it's legal, while being underhanded at the same time.
