26. Bravo. I've not been able to state it as well as the OP
but I've noticed the sheer bitterness that self-described "old-timers" have had for the "new people". WTF? I've seen people here claim that if they and those like them weren't involved in running the primaries or the GE or caucuses that "nothing would get done". Bitter much? Yes, I think so. We should be openly embracing newcomers to our party, young people getting involved in their first election and not being so angry and dismissive of them. And some of these people aren't even old-they've either not been actively involved before or apathetic. And we want to shut them up and make them go away? Isn't this what we've been complaining about for 8 years--trying to get people to wake up? So now they're awake and they're here and you want them to STFU? What kind of insanity exactly is that about? :eyes:
