There are many things missing here...perhaps I can mention...

Specifications...maybe a bit early for Obamas crew but its missing...thus...many addendums are in order...you know, the fine tuning thing.

It appears Obama and Crew sat around for months gathering up the Blue Print...which is good...nothing neg about it...

But the scope might be addressed once more.....
