6. Indeed. McCain's moment as a refreshing GOP maverick came and went
like the wind.

His brain has atrophied and he shows the Bush administration his loyalty by endorsing and promoting and defending its horrifying positions.

He's kind of like a stubborn farm animal.

I feel sorry for the guy on a human level but his politics since 2000 (actually before that, too) have been abominable.

The country's better off the farther John McCain is from the White House.
