Fair or not, that's why, and that same albatross is going to be hanging around Bitch's neck next year.
Choosing Bayh in an attempt to win 13 electoral votes is just a bad strategy. He might make it closer, but I don't see this state turning unless more shit starts hitting the fan next year during the election.
