It's basically the same video with less compression.

Is it a complete tape with no edits? No.
Does the woman he is talking to raise her voice? Yes, the room appears to have terrible acoustics.
Does Obama raise his voice? Yes. For the same reasons that the woman he is talking to raised hers. He seems to have forgotten that he's holding a mic, however.
Do we know exactly why he appears frustrated? No. The tape edits keep us from knowing that.

I've linked to the MSNBC video in a post above. In order to know what really happened, we're going to have to wait for an uncut tape.

Anyone who wants to make some kind of a case based on the info we have right now simply has an agenda.
