Why isn't Speaker Pelosi getting things done on the Energy Bill?

Is she a leader? Can't she control Dingell? How can she let that Democrat, automaker lackey, who's wife works for GM, out maneuver her. In case its not obvious, I am very frustrated by Congress's efforts on the Energy bill. How can I help kick them in the ass to get their job done on this topic?
