2. Tempest in a teapot.
Rotten week for the Kucinich campaign, but there'll be plenty of other opportunities to talk about healthcare.

One thing fishy about the AARP response, though. If it was sent certified mail, then they'd know when it was received and who signed for it. They said "the campaign did not acknowledge receipt of our invitation". Maybe it's parsing words, maybe it means something. We'll probably never know for sure. Probably some dopey volunteer screwed up.

All we have is his word against theirs. I suppose it would be simple enough to settle, but really, what's the point now?
