Nice set of thoughts if we lived in a 1960's commune where everyone loved each other. But we do have serious problems in this country regarding terrorism and crime. And you seem to want to hide your head in the sand and pretend they don't exist. Yeah, let's try to rehab the people who rape and murder little kids. Maybe a nice big group hug would do the trick.
There are some ugly realities in this world that must be confronted if one is truly an adult.
